DIY Concrete Bookend from Chez Larsson
Cold weather calls for a two things - eating your weight in sticky date pudding and DIY projects. Unfortunately for me, I can't stitch, knit, cut in a straight line or do any other suitably impressive crafty things.
But something like this Concrete Bookend and the step-by-step guide by Chez Larsson is practically fool-proof. So this weekend, I'm going to get some concrete and give it a whirl. Even if it doesn't work out it's still a win-win situation as it gives me a valid excuse to loiter around Bunnings and have a sauso in bread...or two!
Oh this is just so cute and unique!:D
