I don't know about you, but whenever I see undies or a lone sock lying beside the road, it makes me wonder how it got there! Well Danny Treacy's photographic series, Them, goes one better.

Danny recovers clothes from lonely places, restitches and refashions them into junk monsters and takes life-sized photos of himself wearing these suits. Haunting and nasty this is the stuff of nightmares, yet also strangely hard to take your eyes off.

I wonder if Danny has any ideas about what to do with the quarter bottle of yellowed Coke that I also often see discarded curbside!
