Holy cow! This renovation of an existing loft apartment and sprinkler tank house in downtown New York, gets full marks for ingenuity.
"The tank house was conceived as the quintessential retreat, a place for reading, relaxing and listening to music," explains architect, Brian Messana. It's also given me an idea for how we can use our old water tank that we're currently upgrading!
